Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, feel free to send us an email to info@mynethelabel.com so we can arrange for delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping fee that is dependent on your country of residence. This fee will be clearly displayed upon checkout.
How is my order shipped?
Both local and international orders are shipped through Aramex.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is unique and specially made for you. From the day of your purchase, you need to count between 10 – 14 days before you receive your package.
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
Will I have to pay for duties and taxes?
For international orders, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. myne does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, because they vary from one country to another. For more information, please feel free to contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Can I refuse my shipment?
If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes, you will be responsible for the return-shipping fee charged to myne. Please note that this amount is dependent on your country.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery will soon be available in Lebanon and in the UAE.
