At MYNE, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Jewelry: We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unused jewelry within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please email us at info@mynethelabel.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

REFUNDS 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.

EXCHANGES 

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as a return, and we'll help facilitate the exchange based on availability.

DAMAGED OF DEFECTIVE 

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll assist you with a replacement or full refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

For international returns, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
